I did download a number of these, but I ended up removing the GetJar Market since it seemed to not turn off completely. Unlike the Amazon Appstore, the getjar downloaded apps work fine even after you remove the store.

I have grabbed a few awesome apps from Getjar. BeWeather, Beautiful Widgets, Drop7, Tapatalk and Orbital just to name a few. There have been a bunch added over the last few months and is definitely worth a look!
