    HELP. Droid Razr stuck in Date 24 June 2013. Cannot Factory Data Reset

    I tried all means to FDR my droid. But none of my apps seems to be getting deleted. When the phone reboots, all the apps and everything else reappears. All my apps are force closing. Give me a solution. My phone is XT912. I love Motorola, But in my country, India, there are no Motorola Service centers. I have not rooted my phone. I like my stock rom. Please find a solution for this problem

    My suggestion would be to reflash stock ROM with RSD lite, however since you're not in the US, I'm not sure what files you need. So you have tried through stock recovery.

    Perform the FDR from the Settings screen. Make sure you select delete everything and it will wipe everything out and after a reboot, you'll be at the setup screen.

    I have tried FDR through settings as well as manually. Selected delete everything and all. It doesn't help

    HERE are the Fastboot files for your phone. You will want the bottom file. You can folow the directions in the post linked in my signature. Different phone but the same process.
