I started a thread back in March about failed OTA update. You responded and I've since been unable to get back on here due to various life reasons but I first wanted to personally thank you for your response. Second, I would like to aI hsk for your help in getting my phone updated. I completely understand if you're busy or unable to assist. I tried following your link recently to download the safe strap 3.11 but it doesn't appear to work anymore. I have safe strap version 1. Something. I've flashed back to stock using fast boot files on my droid x in the past do I'm vaguely familiar with that method. If you can, please assist me in updating and taking the steps necessary to protect my root and titanium backup.

I've taken a screenshot of my system version/type ext. Just cant figure how to send it with this.

Alright guys I got a question. I am soooo close I can taste the ice cream! I have wiped the device, only downloaded rom manager and es file manager and vodoo. I have not installed any part of clockwork. I copy the files to the cache folder and delete what is already there. I belive it is lost and found and recovery forlder. I click on the zip file the process goes as described. The phone restarts, I get red Moto logo for a min then I get what I think is package installer it has android guy with yellowish orange arrow with progress bar that starts to move right and I start to smile. Here is the problem I get about 1/4 the way done the android guy turns into an exclamation point and the phone restarts like normal. I know it is something simple and I am almost there. Any help would be appreciated.

I got a question for you, I downloaded the torrent link file that you have the file itself says 6.14.75.xt912 but when I open the file the zip file says blur_version.6.12.173.xt912.
is that normal????
