razr locked up ? stuck on lock screen!!!

Sounds like things froze up nicely. You did manually reboot? Hold Volume down and power for 10 seconds? Then boot back up?

I would have gone into fastboot and tried wiping data (when off, power + Both volume buttons together)...only use down volume button to go to "recovery" and then the up volume button. Wait a few and then the recovery will show. Wiping data will clear all downloaded aps and all data.

I was using Titanium Backup when it froze on me. I did a reboot by pressing the power button and the volume down key. The phone popped up with the option of turning the phone off. I chose that, and when I turned the phone on it is now stuck on the boot startup! How do I get into fastboot from this?

Update: Stayed up that night until I figured out how to get into the bootloader, and was finally able to RSD my way back! I also want to thank smalltowngirl13 for her help!! Thank you so much!!!!!!

I had the same thing happen to me and the tech held in the on/off button while also holding in the volume up or down for 5 seconds. He said it was the same as taking the battery and doing a battery reset. It worked!!!
