Either I am misunderstanding or you CANNOT go back to ICS if the RAZR MAXX HD you purchased already has Jelly Bean on it. I have followed all 'correctly' given instructions and still do not have the ability to ROOT my RZR MAXX HD. It appears as though you need to have the phone in ICS / then ROOT / then go Jelly Bean / and then VOODOO it. Correct me if I am wrong and please DOCUMENT CORRECTLY the procedures 'step-by-step' to accomplish the ROOT of an already existing Jelly Bean to an ICS then the ROOT, and back to Jelly Bean again.
I have the -DroidRazrUtility1.82- and others related but it seems as though they are all related to already having an ICS phone because for the life of me I cannot get my Jelly Bean to go back to ICS and ROOT and then back up to Jelly Bean.
Thanks in advance.
You can go back on the HD. Do not use the RAZR utility, it is not for the HD phones.
There is a nice guide on DF, let me find the link.
