    Cause they are both Samsung mobile phones, we can use Samsung Switch or Mobile Phone Transfer to Transfer Photos from Samsung to Samsung Galaxy S10/S10+. If you have a pc and both of them in your hands, my suggestion is Mobile Phone Transfer. After linking both of them to pc via usb cables, data on them will be scanned out. After that, you can choose photos to transfer between them.
