    Pdanet wired tether

What I want to know is will this razr support wired and wireless tether apps specifically pdanet. I like it because I don't have to pay Verizon to share my data connection with my computer.

UPDATE: Just found out pdanet works with the Bluetooth without root. I am using my iPad with wifi turned off and 3G cell signal turned off. But Bluetooth paired to my razr. And I am online right now. No glitches and streaming just fine. Using pdanet version 3.0.2 it is pay ware so I can share but you'd have to pm me if you want it. I can provide how to if necessary or requested.

On a related note I really hope the RAZR supports bluetooth tethering like most other Moto phones.

The Bionic supports BT tether on 3G only Non-Rooted. It would be way cool if they support full 4G although BT only supports max 2.1Mbps transfer rates.

I don't think BT 4G tethering is gonna happen. But I am happy with BT tethering at 3G speeds. The only time I use it is for my tablet when I am away from a wifi source.

Were you getting 4G data speeds?? Bionic tethers with bt only with 4G turned off and cdma only. Since Bionic is BT 2.1 its not much a factor but RAZR is BT 4.0 so it should provide more bandwidth. Thx. This is a major plus for motorola since i am still on fence.

I had CDMA/lte selected in network, and phone was doing the normal 3G/4glte switching. It was surfing pretty fast.
